How to use Nanolex Clay Bar?

For particularly thorough and gentle paint cleaning, we recommend combinination Nanolex Clay Bar with Nanolex Clay Lube. The special formulation of the lubricant ensures that the Clay Bar glides gently over the paint surface. Contaminants are effectively removed while minimizing the risk of scratches. Regular use of this combination helps keep the paintwork in excellent condition and optimally prepares it for further care and protection products.

Preparation

Heat the Nanolex Clay Bar in warm water or with body heat to make it soft and malleable. This facilitates application and ensures effective cleansing. Make sure the surface to be cleaned is thoroughly washed and rinsed to remove coarse dirt and prepare the surface for treatment with the Clay Bar. Shake the bottle of Nanolex Clay Lube well before use to distribute the ingredients evenly.

Application

Spray Nanolex Clay Lube generously onto the surface to be cleaned and onto the clay bar itself. Generous application ensures a smooth surface and minimizes the risk of scratches.

Guide the clay bar with light pressure over the wetted surface in straight lines. The lubricant enables the clay bar to glide smoothly and effectively removes impurities.

Knead the clay bar regularly to bring the absorbed dirt into the clean area of the clay bar.

Finish and storage

Wipe the treated area with a clean microfiber cloth to remove excess lubricant and dissolved dirt.

Repeat the process on all areas of the vehicle that are to be cleaned. Ensure that the surface always remains well moistened.

Store the Nanolex Clay Bar in a damp state in a closed container to maintain its softness and malleability. It is then ready for the next application at any time.
