Infinitec GmbH is an internationally operating company specializing in the development, production, and distribution of surface coatings and cleaning agents in the automotive and industrial sectors. To strengthen our logistics team, we are looking for a dedicated leader in the shipping department.
Your profile
- Completed training in logistics, freight forwarding, or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in shipping/logistics, ideally with management responsibility
- Strong organizational and assertiveness skills
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work approach
- Good IT skills (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office)
- Team spirit, resilience, and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to actively participate in operational shipping tasks
Your tasks
- Technical and organizational management of the shipping department
- Planning, controlling, and monitoring all shipping and logistics processes
- Ensuring on-time, cost-optimized, and high-quality deliveries
- Leadership, motivation, and deployment planning of shipping staff
- Optimization of workflows and continuous process improvement
- Collaboration with purchasing, warehouse, production, and external logistics service providers
- Responsibility for compliance with safety, quality, and shipping regulations
- Preparation of evaluations and key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Professional experience or further training in project management

During the practical part of your three-year apprenticeship as a wholesale and foreign trade management assistant specializing in foreign trade management, you will work in all areas of our young team: Purchasing, sales, marketing, accounting, production, quality management, warehousing and logistics. During this time, you will learn all the necessary tasks and skills for your future career under close supervision and have the best chance of being taken on by our team later on.
