How to use Si3D TRIM?

Nanolex Si3D TRIM protects your plastic parts from UV rays, discoloration, environmental pollutants and harsh weather conditions, ensuring they remain in pristine condition.

Safety Instructions

Ensure that you wear appropriate personal protective equipment when handling and applying Nanolex Car Care products. Please refer to the label for further information.

Optimal working conditions:

Temperature: 5 - 30°C

Humidity: 30-70%

Choose a shady spot for application, away from direct sunlight.

Clearing

Make sure the surfaces are completely dry and free of any contaminants, dust or residue. If the surface has been treated or cleaned with other products before application, ensure that all residues have been completely removed. Clean the plastic surfaces with Nanolex PreWash Concentrate followed by Nanolex EX to ensure all oils, fillers and other contaminants are thoroughly removed. Use Nanolex microfiber cloths for cleaning and change the cloth frequently to maintain effectiveness.

Application

Apply 8-10 drops of Nanolex Si3D Trim to a microfiber application cloth.

Apply the product evenly in a criss-cross motion, ensuring that all areas are covered without applying excessive pressure.

Once the product is evenly distributed, allow it to evaporate.

After 2-3 minutes you can wipe off the residue with a soft microfiber cloth. Avoid pressure; a gentle touch is sufficient.

Drying / Curing

Allow Nanolex Si3D Trim to cure on the surface at room temperature for at least 1 hour. Make sure the area is well ventilated and not air-conditioned during this time. Avoid any contact with water on the treated plastic surfaces during the curing period.
